My a/c fan will turn on, and turn off when desired temperature is reached. But when the temperature rises again, it will not kick back on when it is supposed to. I've tried loosening up the fan with lube. Is this a bad relay switch? Or a problem with
the start capacitor(s) for the fan motor are bad.
