Swept through a turbin and survive?
Today in most modern hydroelectric power generation dams, there is a mesh at the entrance of the pipes leading to the turbines. If someone was to somehow bypass the mesh and made it into the pipes and was swept through the turbine unit and out the other
That guy was not sucked through the engine, he was just in the inlet duct, about the same as being stuck on the inlet screen you mention (except that he wasn't underwater)
There is virtual no chance one could go through a turbine and survive.
