Can I hook a 6 in subwoofer to my special edition honda stock radio?

I am wanting to hook a JL Audio 6W3v3-4 to my 2005 honda civic ex special edition radio.... Is that possible?
Obviously with a speaker like this I will also have an amp

well im not sure

i think its fine...

but without an amplifier that sub might sound like ass....
