how hard is it to get a clean title for a motorcycle, in SC, that has been fixed.has salvage title currently?

2000 cbr 929 currently in NC, has "clean bill of health" from Honda Service
You never will.
The best you can get is a "rebuilt" title. Which will still tell the new owner, immediately, that it used to be a salvage title.
There's a long process, involving inspection, retitling, etc. Look
