i have a 2001 ford taurus SES. i was driving along when two lights came on a round like exclamation+engine?

I was told the exclamation mark in the round thingy was a tire presure low. But why the Engine light? nothing is wrong with the engine. I really need to know if this is important or not!!!!
okay i have the yellow enigine light on. now i can smell

Head on over to your local Autozone. They'll do a FREE diagnostic test, and this will tell you what's wrong...good luck!
