i want to start making police diecast cars. How can i make my own? I want at least the car to have to logo on it like CHP lets say, but i want to put the lights on myself and do that stuff basically make it. How can i get started?? thanks? Anything else

they should have the stuff on the internet. just Google for the specific things.
