are the red medium tension springs on the apex 37 2011 good for me if i weigh 115 pounds?

i'm getting the original longboard apex 37, s8 trucks, bones swiss bearings, stimulus wheels, and maybe a spring. i heard the red springs were really good, just i dont know for my weight. if u could help me that'd be great!
