Is it difficult to replace the suspension airbag in a Lincoln Towncar?

Im not very handy with cars, but my buddy is a mechanic. I love my Lincoln, but the air bag for the suspension in the back right hand side is no longer working properly. The part isnt terribly expensive, but I have to order it online. Is it terribly hard

usually those have to be replaced in pairs and gotta diagnose the system to make sure its just the bag/gotta know what your doing when you get into this suspension
