I have Toyota Corolla late 90's model, totan run is approx 130,000Kms. For some time , I have noticed its getting short of oil quite faster.
I showed it to my mechanic, he cant say why exactly, because it doesn't smoke, no oil leakage, no oil drop,
This is a shot in the dark but here we go, Ask your tech to look at your crankcase ventilation system.
If it blows smoke at start up it could be valve seals. Hope this helped you.
