What Engine Flush Cleaner Should I Use?

I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota 6 Banger. Im not sure how many times the oil has been changed in its 200,000 mile lifespan. Now I just want better gas mileage and increase life of my motor. What Oil, and if at all, any engine cleaner should I use?
