if I pay off my credit union car loan early,can they still charge me the full amount owed in interest ?

I asked the credit union if I paid my loan off early,would I save and they replied "NO" you will still have to pay the full amount including interest, etc.....help!! it doesn't seem right!!

You need to check your loan contract and see what's written there.
