I have a Nissan 300zx 1986 problem and can't find a Good mechanic/dealer in CA?

Main problem is I don't know where to find a dealer in California to fix the car, and how much will it cost me. The speedometer almost always read 0 and it tells me I don't have gas, even if it's full, an electrical problem?. I need to fix the problems

The digital dashes in the old 300ZX's are known to have issues like this. You can find used ones in junkyards and they aren't to terribly hard to install. I would recommend going with an analog gauge cluster though. They can be swapped in relatively easy
